Entry Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 7, 2026
Entry is designed to be a private word strategy game. The app does not include ads, third-party analytics, or tracking SDKs.
Data Collection
Entry does not collect personal data from solo play. Solo games and local game state stay on your device.
Online Multiplayer
If you choose online multiplayer, Entry sends your chosen alias, submitted moves, scores, turn state, reactions, and the account identifier supplied by Apple, Google, or the temporary guest service to the Entry multiplayer service hosted on Cloudflare Durable Objects. Finished match records are retained for up to 24 hours for reconnection and then removed. Guest accounts use a random identifier and do not require an email address.
Account profiles store a provider type, provider subject identifier, chosen alias, and account timestamps. Entry does not need your password. Nicknames are checked against the Entry account directory so that each active nickname is unique. If a guest later signs in with Apple or Google, the provider identity can be linked to the existing Entry profile to preserve its match history.
Online match state is handled by the Entry multiplayer service.
Purchases and Advertising
Entry does not contain in-app purchases or advertising.
Account Deletion
You can delete an Entry account from Multiplayer → Entry account → Delete Entry account. Deletion removes the account profile and guest identity, revokes active sessions, cancels matchmaking, and closes or anonymizes the account's active match records.
You can also request deletion through the Entry account deletion page.
